My wife and I just got back to Copenhagen…  and we’re exhausted.  It has been an amazing three-week long trip in the Empire State, and it’s good to be back home.   I’ve almost got another solid concept prepared,  so in the next couple of days, I’ll be back at the grind on these walls.  In the mean time, here’s the latest joints:

Piece done for the Color Wars event at the Camp Bisco 9 music festival.

And now that it has been delivered, here is the latest piece on canvas – a portrait of legendary jazz drummer Art Blakey, commissioned by my friend and colleague Brian Burnett.  This piece was a long time coming.  It’s a mixed media piece composed of acrylic, oil, spray paint, digital  collage and photo collage.

Blakey,” 2010, mixed media.

Well, that’s all for now.    The Copenhagen summer is in full swing, and I’ve got a lot more walls and canvases to paint.  Keep an eye on my creative fam, FUA Krew on our website FUA-Krew.org.  We are on pace to do 100 full productions within one year, a feat which to my knowledge, has never been done by any other single crew of graffiti artists. As always, stay tuned.

Peace & Respect,
